We picked the property because we are UT alumni. Our daughter loves Smokey, so we thought it would be fun to stay in a Tennessee-themed hotel during a visit to Knoxville.
The crazy decor
The staff is amazing!!! So helpful and so friendly!!! Truly a great team. And the manager was incredible. We were celebrating my birthday and she went above and beyond to make me feel special!
